Quince and Rosehip Honey Jam

Ripe Quince from our Norfolk orchid is infused with our honey and combined with rosehip using small batch methods to ensure quality and flavour is secured in every jar.

Large fruits from our trees appear naturally in a warm lemon colour that turn a marvellous red hue when cooked. Accompanied by incredible depth achieved using honey to balance and laced with rosehip.

Combining our honey from the untouched haven in Norfolk with fresh and only ripe fruits you can be certain to be wowed by the dual flavours in our honey jams. We use NO added sugar JUST HONEY. Our bees are the most spoilt around, with miles of fields surrounding our haven we are far from any nasties that could risk altering the splendid taste.

Serving suggestions: Devour it with everything! Especially delicious with blue cheeses.
